Once you've installed Password Keeper it is always there for you and available.  You just click on the little lock icon found on your windows start bar near your clock, this area known as the "tray icon" area shows other programs running as well.  

Once you click on the pad-lock icon, password keeper will let you begin logging in.  Just enter the Username and Password pair you used the first time you opened Password Keeper, and you are now in and able to access all your password and secured information.

You can also use your right hand mouse button to click on the pad-lock to access other Password Keeper functions quickly.
